现代大型石油石化工程建设项目时间长、规模大、投资多、影响广,并越来越多地以“项目群”形态出现,传统的项目管理模式无法满足对项目群的有效管理,国外先进的项目管理理论为我们提供了借鉴,多年来公司石油石化工程项目的建设实践也为我们提供了宝贵的经验。实现对工程项目的有效管理是工程建设过程的关键。本文对当前国内主要的石油工程管理模式进行了总结,并重点对“IPMT+EPC+工程监理”的项目管理模式进行了探讨,旨在为石油工程类项目的管理提供借鉴。
The project of large-scale modern petroleum and petrochemical projects has been taking a long time, large scale, large investment, wide influence, and more and more appears in the form of “project group”. The traditional project management mode can not satisfy the effective management of the project group. Advanced project management theory provides us with reference, over the years the company’s petroleum and petrochemical project construction practice also provides us with valuable experience. Realizing the effective management of the project is the key to the construction process. This article summarizes the current major petroleum engineering management modes in our country and focuses on the project management mode of “IPMT + EPC + Engineering Supervision” to provide references for the management of petroleum engineering projects.
