追施氮肥是补充和调节土壤氮素,满足油菜整个生育期中氮素的需耍,以创造油菜高产的重耍措施.在生产中,群众积累了相当丰富的氮肥施用经验,不少研究机关也进行了油菜氮肥施用效果的研究.但是群众经验尚未很好地总结提高,研究资料也无肯定结论.为此,我们从1961年冬开始,在本所连续进行了两年试验,研究在不同硫酸铵用量情况下,土壤水解氮变化和油菜各生育期对养分吸收利用,以及与油菜生长的关系,从而为拟定油菜合理施肥措施提供依据.
