中国煤炭学会矿井建设专业委员会于1983年12月5日至11日在邯郸市召开了首届矿井施工组织学术会议.出席会议的有煤炭部基建司、部技术咨询委员会、中国煤炭学会、河北省煤炭厅、邯郸市的领导和来自二十四个省(市、自治区)煤炭公司(厅、局)、院校、科研、设计、施工、生产以及外系统有关部门共102个单位的科技人员200人.我院副教授朱柏石、讲师王保伦、石维明、王凤田等四名同志参加了会议.我院向大会提交了七篇论文:统筹方法在大桥矿井施工总排队中的应用(朱柏石、石维明、付守义);
The first coal mine construction organization seminar was held in Handan City from December 5 to November 11, 1983. The meeting was attended by representatives from the Infrastructure Department of the Ministry of Coal Industry, the Technical Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Coal Industry, the China Coal Society and the coal of Hebei Province Office, Handan City, and 200 scientific and technical personnel from 102 units in 24 departments (offices and bureaus), academies, scientific research, design, construction, production and external systems of the coal industry in 24 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) Four Associate Professors, including Zhu Baishi, lecturer Wang Baolun, Shi Weiming and Wang Fengtian, attended the conference and submitted seven articles to the conference: The Application of Co-ordination Method in the Total Line Construction of Bridge Mine (Zhu Baishi, Shi Weiming, Fu Shouyi) ;
