目的研究肾上腺髓质素(ADM)和微血管密度(MVD)在宫颈癌中的表达意义。方法选择宫颈上皮内瘤样病变患者(CIN-Ⅲ)组15例和术前无放疗、化疗史的宫颈癌(ICC)组41例,选取良性妇科疾病(NCE)而切除子宫组(NCE组)20例。采用免疫组化方法 ,检测肾上腺髓质素(ADM)阳性率以及微血管密度(MVD)情况的表达。结果 ADM阳性率及MVD的表达在NCE→CIN-Ⅲ→ICC病变组织中均呈逐渐增高的趋势,且ADM表达强度与MVD表达呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论 ADM在宫颈癌血管生成、侵袭和转移中起重要作用。ADM检测对进一步了解宫颈癌生物学行为和判断其预后具有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the expression of adrenomedullin (ADM) and microvessel density (MVD) in cervical cancer. Methods Fifty-one patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN-Ⅲ) and 41 patients with cervical cancer (ICC) without radiotherapy and chemotherapy before operation were enrolled in this study. Nerve excision was performed in patients with benign gynecologic diseases (NCE) 20 cases. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the positive rate of adrenomedullin (ADM) and the expression of microvessel density (MVD). Results The positive rate of ADM and the expression of MVD were gradually increased in NCE → CIN-Ⅲ → ICC lesions, and the expression of ADM was positively correlated with MVD (P <0.01). Conclusion ADM plays an important role in angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer. ADM test for further understanding of cervical cancer biological behavior and to determine the prognosis of a certain clinical value.
