通过对中国房地产市场发展现状、对现有房地产经济理论局限的分析,从新的视角,以新的观点,提出了中国房地产的两大功用。
Through the analysis of the current real estate market in China and the limitations of the existing real estate economic theory, this paper proposes two new functions of real estate in China from a new perspective and from a new point of view.
