目的探讨双水平气道正压通气治疗重叠综合征并发呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法通过对34例重叠综合征并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者在给予常规药物治疗的同时,给予双水平气道正压通气治疗,观察治疗前后动脉血气分析、多导睡眠图监测结果的改善情况。结果除10例患者改用有创机械通气外,余24例患者治疗后动脉血气分析、多导睡眠图监测结果均有明显好转。结论双水平气道正压通气对重叠综合征并发呼吸衰竭患者具有良好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of double-level positive airway pressure ventilation in the treatment of overlapping syndrome with respiratory failure. Methods 34 patients with overlap syndrome and type Ⅱ respiratory failure were treated with bilevel positive airway pressure (MAPV), while arterial blood gas analysis and polysomnography monitoring results were observed before and after treatment. Results In addition to the 10 patients switched to invasive mechanical ventilation, the remaining 24 patients after treatment arterial blood gas analysis, polysomnography monitoring results were significantly improved. Conclusions Biphasic positive airway pressure ventilation has a good effect on patients with overlapping syndrome complicated with respiratory failure.
