2012年4月份至5月份客户普遍反映我公司水泥与外加剂相溶性较差,C30混凝土外加剂掺加量由2.5%增加到3.0%,致使混凝土成本增高,为此客户流失较多,严重影响我厂水泥销售量。针对以上情况,我公司组织相关技术人员,从多方面寻找解决措施,最终采取了以下有效措施:在熟料方面降低熟料中的f-CaO,降低熟料烧失量,在水泥粉磨方面用脱硫石膏替代二水石膏,调整水泥粒度分布,通过以上四种控制措施有效延长了水泥的凝结时间,降低了水泥标
