《最高人民检察院公报》是最高人民检察院的机关刊物,由最高人民检察院法律政策研究室编辑出版,国内外公开发行。《最高人民检察院公报》主要辑入全国人大及其常委会颁布的法律、决定、立法解释和有关任免名单;最高人民检察院发布的司法解释和规范性文件;与检察工作相关的重要通知、规定;检察机关查办的重大典型案件等。《最高人民检察院公报》为双月刊,A4开本,每期32页,双月15日出版。全年定价48元;合订本每本定价为54元(含邮挂费)。
The Supreme People’s Procuratorate Bulletin is the organ publication of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, edited and published by the Law and Policy Research Office of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate and publicized at home and abroad. The Bulletin of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate is mainly compiled into the laws, decisions, legislative interpretations and the list of relevant appointments and removals promulgated by the NPC and its Standing Committee; judicial interpretations and normative documents issued by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate; important notices and regulations concerning procuratorial work; Procuratorial organs to investigate the major typical cases. The Supreme People’s Procuratorate Bulletin is a bimonthly publication in A4 format with 32 pages each and is published on the 15th of each month. Price of 48 yuan a year; a total of each book priced at 54 yuan (including postage).
