目的 对比观察钾铝砷半导体激光血管外照射与口服博尔心对高粘高脂血症患者血脂、血粘度及临床症状的影响。方法 将101例高粘高脂血症患者随机分为两组:半导体激光血管外照射组(治疗组)和博尔心组(对照组)。治疗组采用钾铝砷半导体血管外激光照射后,观察患者血粘度、血脂及临床症状的变化,并与对照组进行比较观察。结果 半导体血管外激光照射能显著降低红细胞压积、全血粘度、纤维蛋白原、总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P<0.01),并降低血浆粘度和血甘油三酯(P<0.05)。半导体血管外激光照射组患者血甘油三酯的降低较单纯药物组效果显著。半导体激光血管外照射后患者临床症状得到显著改善,未见严重副作用发生。结论 半导体激光血管外照射是治疗高粘高脂血症患者有效、安全的方法,可供临床应用。
Objective To compare the effects of extracorporeal laser irradiation with potassium, aluminum and arsenic semiconductors and oral Borneol on the blood lipid, blood viscosity and clinical symptoms in patients with hyperviscosity and hyperlipidemia. Methods 101 cases of hyperviscosity hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups: the semiconductor laser extravascular irradiation group (treatment group) and Bollinger group (control group). After treatment with potassium-aluminum-arsenic semiconductor extravascular laser, the changes of blood viscosity, blood lipid and clinical symptoms in the treatment group were observed and compared with the control group. Results Semiconducting extravascular laser irradiation significantly reduced hematocrit, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (P <0.01), and lowered plasma viscosity and triglyceride (P <0.05). The decrease of blood triglyceride in semiconductor laser irradiation group was more significant than that in the simple drug group. Clinical symptoms of patients after the laser diode laser irradiation have been significantly improved, no serious side effects. Conclusion Semiconductor laser irradiation is an effective and safe method for the treatment of hyperviscosity and hyperlipidemia in clinical practice.
