电感耦合等离子休(ICP)光源灵敏度高、稳定性好、动态范围大、抗干扰等优点,引起国内外分析工作者的广泛重视,对它的光谱特性及各种工作参数作了大量的研究。影响ICP光谱灵敏度的因素很多,但主要有:(a)输入功率;(b)载气量;(c)观测高度。本文以学习提高为目的,根据我们的试验观测,就它的三个主要参数作粗浅地讨论。
Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) light source has many advantages, such as high sensitivity, good stability, large dynamic range and anti-interference. It attracts a great deal of attention from domestic and foreign analysts and makes extensive research on its spectral characteristics and various working parameters. There are many factors affecting the sensitivity of ICP spectroscopy, but mainly: (a) input power; (b) carrier gas volume; and (c) observation height. In this paper, learning to improve for the purpose, according to our experimental observations, on its three main parameters for a shallow discussion.
