为明晰建设单位、监理单位和施工单位管理水平对工程建设水平的影响,更加科学合理地评价工程建设水平。提出包含三方逻辑关系的水平测度方法,构建工程建设水平多木桶测度逻辑模型和计算模型,以神岢高速公路工程为例进行了对比和验证。结果显示单方管理目标评测极小值拉低了单方管理水平测度值;工程建设水平多木桶模型测度值明显小于加权平均法测度值。研究表明,多木桶测度模型可以实现工程参与单方管理目标达成度极小值和工程建设参与方逻辑关系对工程建设水平的影响。
In order to clarify the impact of the management level of construction units, supervision units and construction units on the project construction level, and to evaluate the project construction level more scientifically and rationally. Proposed a measure method which includes the logic relationship of three parties, constructs the logistic model and calculation model of multi-barrel measurement in project construction level, and compares and verifies with the project of Shenpi Expressway. The results show that the minimum value of the unilateral management objective evaluation lowers the unilateral management level measurement value; the measurement value of the multi-barrel model at the construction level is obviously less than the weighted average method measurement value. The research shows that the multi-barrel measurement model can achieve the impact of the logical relationship between the minimum degree of unilateral management goals and the logical relationship between the project participants and the engineering construction level.
