我院最近遇到2例因食成鸭蛋产生葡萄球菌肠毒素所致食物中毒患儿,现报道如下,供参考。【例1】男,3岁。食成鸭蛋两个半,于进食后1小时出现剧烈呕吐,腹痛,呕吐物为胃内容物及清水、苦黄水,继而腹泻,为水样便,量多、腥臭味,未见脓血便。吐泻次数频繁,病后3小时出现高热、抽搐、神志不清。体格检查:体温40℃,血压测不到,脉搏152次/分,呼吸38次/分,意识不清,面色苍白,重度脱水貌,双眼不能闭合,皮肤弹性差,四肢冰冷,腹平软。末梢血;Hb111克/L,WBC9.4×10~9/L,N70%,L30%。大便镜检;RBC0~2、WBC0~
