为进一步明确菌株LP-03的生防效果和分类地位,根据菌株形态特征、培养特征结合生理生化特征以及16S rDNA序列比对和分析对菌株进行鉴定;以香蕉枯萎病菌1号小种(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense,FOC 1)为指示菌,采用平板对峙法测定菌株抑菌谱,采用菌丝生长抑制法和孢子萌发法测定其抑菌效果。经鉴定,该菌株为类植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus paraplantarum),其对供试的12种植物病原真菌都有明显的抑菌效果,具有广谱抗菌性,尤其对香蕉枯萎病菌1号小种效果显著,抑菌带达到20.4 mm;对香蕉枯萎病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发都有显著的抑制效果,在含有10%该菌株发酵液原液的培养基上香蕉枯萎病菌菌丝体不能生长,对菌丝体生长抑制率达到100%,菌株的LB发酵液对孢子萌发抑制率达到72.62%。
