国有企业是国民经济的重要支柱,对推动我国经济和社会发展具有重要作用。开展基层员工思想政治教育工作是国企改革攻坚期的一项重要任务,对促进国有企业持续健康发展意义重大。基于此,本文分析了国企改革攻坚期基层员工思想政治教育的问题及意义,并提出了加强基层员工思想政治教育的有效措施,希望能为国企基层员工思想政治教育工作的开展提供理论方面的借鉴。
State-owned enterprises are an important pillar of the national economy and play an important role in promoting China’s economic and social development. Carrying out ideological and political education at the grass-roots level is an important task for the crucial period for the reform of state-owned enterprises and is of great significance to the sustained and healthy development of state-owned enterprises. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems and significance of ideological and political education for grassroots workers in the crucial period of state-owned enterprise reform and puts forward some effective measures to strengthen ideological and political education for grassroots workers in the hope of providing a theoretical reference for the ideological and political education of grassroots workers in state-owned enterprises .
