With the rapid development of computer technology, communication technology and microelectronic technology, the close combination of computer and communication network enables huge information to be obtained, processed, communicated and utilized by people anywhere in the world via the Internet. Precisely because of this, the economic globalization and information network demonstrated in today’s world have brought tremendous vitality to the socio-economic activities of the entire world and people’s lives. First of all, the widespread use of the Internet plays a huge role in global e-commerce, distance education and telemedicine. At the same time,
