肾小球肾炎的发病以免疫学机制为主,并与补体、凝血、纤溶,乃至激肽——血管舒缓素系统的功能有密切关系,特别是在马杉肾炎等各种实验性肾炎中证明了免疫机制与凝血纤溶系统的作用。血清学、组织学、凝血等方面的检查,对于阐明病情及确定治疗方法都有重要意义。本文着重叙述免疫与凝血纤溶之相互关系的最新认识与笔者的个人体会。
