全国房地产工作座谈会,于3月24日至26日在沪召开。各省、自治区、直辖市的建委(建设厅)、部分城市的房管局、房地局、开发办以及房地产协会、研究会、金融机构的代表近200人出席会议。 建设部部长候捷、副部长李振东和总规划师、房地产业司司长宋春华在会上发表讲话和作工作报告。上海市市长徐匡迪、副市长夏克强出席开幕式并讲话。 侯捷部长的讲话对房地产业的改革、发展及法制工作提出了要求。他强调要抓紧制定和完善《城市房地产管理法》的各项配套法规和地方性的实施办法。
National Real Estate Work Symposium was held in Shanghai from March 24 to 26. Nearly 200 people from the construction commission (Construction Department) of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the Housing Authority, real estate bureaus and development offices of some cities and real estate associations, research institutes and financial institutions attended the meeting. Minister of Construction Hou Jie, Deputy Minister Li Zhendong and Chief Planner, Secretary for Real Estate Song Chunhua delivered a speech and a working report. Shanghai Mayor Xu Kuangdi, Vice Mayor Xia Keqiang attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Minister Hou Jie’s speech put forward requirements on the reform, development and legal work of the real estate industry. He stressed the need to pay close attention to the formulation and improvement of the “Urban Real Estate Management Law,” the supporting laws and regulations and local implementation measures.
