目的探讨流式细胞术（flow cytometry,FCM）在非霍奇金淋巴瘤（non-hodgkinlymphoma,NHL）诊断与分型中的应用价值。方法选取60例NHL患者为观察组,同期20例反应性淋巴结增生患者为对照组。采用FCM行免疫表型检测和DNA倍体分析。结果观察组DNA异倍体检出率56.67%、DNA指数（DI）（1.34±0.12）、S期细胞比率（SPF）（12.14±3.42）较对照组0.00%、（1.00±0.02）、（8.13±2.23）升高,差异
