处于不稳定岩层中的大连市引碧供水隧洞,埋深浅、围岩风化剧烈。因受地质构造影响节理裂隙发育,岩石破碎,断层较多,岩体松软,多是泥砂碎石状。因此,隧洞开挖后,初期支护极为关键。为保证工程安全、经济,加快进度,采用了钢格栅吊模混凝土支护,并将钢格栅分为轻、中、重三级与隧洞围岩的Ⅲ、Ⅱ、Ⅰ类相对应。在施工过程中采用这种支护方式效果很好,对类似工程可资借鉴。
In the unstable rock formation, the water diversion tunnel in Dalian City is buried with shallow depth and the surrounding rock is very weathered. Due to the influence of the geological structure, the joints and fractures are developed, the rocks are broken, there are many faults, and the rock mass is soft and mostly composed of sand and gravel. Therefore, the initial support after the tunnel excavation is extremely crucial. In order to ensure the safety, economy and speeding up of the project, the support of steel grid suspended concrete model was adopted, and the steel grids were divided into three levels of light, medium and heavy, corresponding to Ⅲ, Ⅱ and Ⅰ of tunnel surrounding rock. In the construction process using this support method works well for similar projects can be used for reference.
