以往的研究表明,葡萄果实的着色和本身内在的脱落酸含量的变化有密切关系:在果实开始成熟时,用ABA处理,能促进果实着色。本实验对ABA处理的时期、浓度及品种间的差异进行了调查。 1.对巨峰的果穗,在果粒变软期前后,用ABA1000ppm(附加0.1%AtraixBI,70%乙醇溶液),分四个时期,每隔一周进行喷雾;另外,在果粒变软期,将ABA的浓度分50、100、200、500、1000ppm5个处理,然后,比较果皮中花色素的增加量。试验结果表明,果粒变软期以后的喷布处理,促进着色的效果比变软期前处理的效果明显,但果实的糖度没有提高;ABA的浓度,在实验的范围内,浓度越高,
Previous studies have shown that grape fruit coloring and its inherent abscisic acid content changes are closely related: the fruit begins to mature, with ABA treatment, can promote fruit coloring. In this experiment, we investigated the time, concentration and the differences among varieties of ABA. 1. The fruit of Kyoho was sprayed with ABA 1000ppm (0.1% AtraixBI, 70% ethanol solution) before and after the softening period of the fruit in four periods and every other week.
