广大卫生人员对改革的理解与积极参与,是卫生系统改革的重要保证。因此,密切关注他们的社会心理动态、准确地把握他们对改革的社会心理,对增加决策的科学性与可行性是十分必要的。研究目的:(1)初步了解现阶段四川省县医院卫生人员的社会心理倾向;(2)探讨卫生人员社会心理的一些影响因素;(3)为有关部门制定政策、为卫生系统的改革提供科学依据和参考。
The understanding and active participation of health workers in the reform are an important guarantee for the reform of the health system. Therefore, paying close attention to their social and psychological dynamics and accurately grasping their social psychology of reform are necessary to increase the scientific and feasible decision-making. Research purposes: (1) To initially understand the social and psychological tendencies of hospital health workers in Sichuan Province; (2) To explore some influencing factors of the social psychology of health workers; (3) To formulate policies for relevant departments and provide scientific reforms for the health system; Base and reference.
