海门市出台《机关事业单位工作人员失业保险暂行办法》

江苏海门市根据有关规定并结合实际情况,近日出台了《海门市机关事业单位工作人员失业保险暂行办法》。 《办法》规定的适用对象(1)按国家有关规定撤销、解散和整顿单位中被精减的人员;(2)与单位解除、终止劳动(聘用)合同按规定需转为社会失业的人员;(3)从国家机关辞职后三个月末能再就业的人员;(4)被单位辞退、除名的人员等。
