随着我国建设多层次资本市场目标明朗化,场外交易市场逐渐进入人们的视野。但何谓场外交易市场,目前国内相关文献尚没有统一清晰的表达,造成概念界定模糊,不利于正确认识OTC市场,也不能客观反映场外交易市场的实质。
With the goal of building a multi-level capital market in our country clear, the OTC market gradually enters the people’s field of vision. However, what is an OTC market? At present, there is no unified and clear expression in domestic related literature, which leads to a vague definition of the concept and is not conducive to a correct understanding of the OTC market. It can not objectively reflect the essence of the OTC market.
