一、农村小学教研工作现状1.认识不足,观念落后。表现在部分学校对开展教研工作的重要性、紧迫性及复杂性的认识不到位,或者存在错误认识。2.教研活动的开展有明显区域性差异。交通便利,条件优越的学校开展得多;偏远、高寒山区、交通不便,信息不灵,知识材料欠缺的中心校、村完小,开展得少或不开展,这不能让大部分教师受益。
