“2011第二届中国货运业年会”的召开,为货运业者提供了一个机会,共同研究、探讨在新的形势下如何加快货运业的发展,这是我国货物运输界的一件大事今天非常高兴参加这次会议,首先允许我代表中国交通运输协会对大会的顺利召开表示热烈的祝贺!今年是“十二五”规划的开局之年,“十二五”是我国进入小康社会的关键时期,也是我国经济社会发展转型升级的关键时期。从国际的经验来说,也是我国进入中等收入国家的时期。可以预见在这一期间,我国的经济将继续以较快的速度发展,我国的产业结构将进行战略性调整,加快西部地区发展的方略也提到了重要的议事日程。
The convening of the “2011 Annual Meeting of the Second China’s Freight Transportation Industry” provides an opportunity for the freight industry to jointly study and explore how to speed up the development of the freight industry in the new situation, which is a major event in the field of freight transportation in our country I am very pleased to attend this meeting today. First of all, let me express my warm congratulation on behalf of China Transportation Association for the smooth convening of the conference. This year is the first year of the 12th Five-year Plan. Our 12th Five- The crucial period for entering a moderately prosperous society is also a crucial period for the transformation and upgrading of China’s economic and social development. From the international experience, it is also a period when our country is entering a middle-income country. It can be foreseen that during this period, China’s economy will continue to develop at a relatively fast pace. Our country’s industrial structure will be strategically adjusted. The strategy of accelerating the development of the western region also refers to an important agenda.
