1 前言 随着工业生产和科学技术的发展,人们对镀层表面性能提出了种种新的要求,而仅靠有限的单一金属镀层远远满足不了需要。合金电沉积的实现,不仅解决了这个问题,而且为电镀行业的发展开辟了广阔的前景。目前,超硬材料电镀制品中普遍采用镍钴合金镀层,这种镀层比纯镍镀层光亮,色泽美丽,硬度高,耐磨性和耐蚀性均高于纯镍镀层。这些特点与镀液中钴含量有着非常密切的关系,一般钴含量占镀液中镍钴总量的8~10%。
1 Introduction With the development of industrial production and science and technology, people have put forward various new requirements on the surface properties of coatings, and the limited single metal coating can not meet the needs far. Alloy electrodeposition, not only solved this problem, but also for the development of the electroplating industry has opened up a broad prospect. At present, nickel-cobalt alloy coating is widely used in superhard material electroplating products. Compared with pure nickel coating, the coating is bright, beautiful in color, high in hardness, higher in abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance than pure nickel coating. These characteristics and the bath of cobalt content has a very close relationship, the general cobalt content of nickel-cobalt bath accounted for 8 to 10% of the total.
