意志是人们自觉确定目标,支配和调节行为,克服困难达到预定目的的心理过程,一个人如果具有良好的意志品质,就能够知难而进,排除各种内部干扰,使自已的行为坚定地指向既定的目标。在小学数学教学中,对学生进行意志的培养,不仅可以促进和补偿学生的智力活动,而且对培养学生的良好的个性,提高学生的素质有着相当重要的意义。如何使小学数学教学与学生意志力的培养有机地统一起来,使课堂教学达到一个最优化的状态呢?
