工会财务工作是工会工作的重要组成部分。因为工会是群众组织,开展劳动保护工作、群众文体活动、“三线”建设和帮困救助困难职工等等,都需要资金的支持;同时,由于工会组织资金不断增加和本单位工会经费支出项目、金额日趋增多,以及在工会财务管理人员兼职的情况下,尤其是面对全国总工会《工会财务会计管理规范》和路局工会《工会财务会计管理规范考核标准》,对工会财务管理要求更加规范,更加严格的形势。如何更有效地提高工会财务管理水平,适应新的要求和新的规定,保证工会资金和财产的安全,是工会主席日常工作中必须重视的问题。我在实践中体会到,基层单位工会主席应把加强工会财务工作,提到重要议事日程,促使各项制度的落实。
