本文通过采用大量文献分析法、比较法,分析员工工作绩效管理受企业薪酬管理公平性的直接影响和间接影响,并提出协调企业薪酬管理和绩效考核管理的对策。
In this paper, through a large number of literature analysis and comparative method, this paper analyzes the direct and indirect impact of employee job performance management on the fairness of the enterprise pay management and puts forward the countermeasures to coordinate the enterprise’s salary management and performance appraisal management.
