兹依据「华东区私营银钱业申请登记验资办法」根据山东地面实际情况作如下之补充对「华东区私营银钱业申请登记验资办法」中第二、三、六、七、十一、等项之规定须依照补充办法办理:一、私营银钱业申请登记验资事项由当地或就近之中国人民银行审查呈请当地政府转呈山东省人民政府由山东省府转呈华东区财政经济委员汇核准后发给营业执照二、凡在管理办法公布前已经营业之私营银钱业其申请登记验资手续限于十二月七日前办理完竣逾期除经呈准者外不得再行申请登记三、新社立或愿意迁设银行信托公司银号钱庄者应拟具计划书送陈设立地中国人民银行审查转送当地政府转呈山东省人民政府由山东省府转呈华东区财政经济委员会批准后方可进行筹备其登记验资手续适用申请登记验资办法第九第十两条之规定
