现代慈善文化的价值建构具有内在逻辑。从“熟人社会”向“陌生人社会”转型过程中,传统慈善伦理正面临着前所未有的挑战。市场心理错位与慈善制度的扭曲、法治社会的缺位与法治思维的淡化以及传统伦理因素的制约与慈善伦理现代性的缺失,是当前慈善活动异化的文化认识论根源。法治思维与慈善伦理的契合将是当代慈善文化价值取向重构的基本选择。
The Value Construction of Modern Charity Culture Has Internal Logic. From the “acquaintance society” to “stranger society” transition, the traditional charity ethics is facing an unprecedented challenge. The distortion of market mentality and charity system, the absence of the rule of law society and the weakening of the rule of law thought, as well as the restriction of the traditional ethical factors and the lack of the modernity of charity ethics are the sources of cultural epistemology of alienation of current charity activities. The combination of the rule of law and charity ethics will be the basic choice of reconstructing the value orientation of contemporary philanthropic culture.
