目的:建立垫状卷柏中穗花杉双黄酮乙醇提取的最佳工艺条件。方法:以穗花杉双黄酮提出量为考察指标,从乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数、加醇倍量4个方面进行单因素考察,选取最优条件设计垫状卷柏醇提工艺的响应面试验,确定最佳提取条件。结果:乙醇浓度70.6%、提取时间60 min、提取次数3次、加醇倍量12倍,穗花杉双黄酮提出量可以达到17.97 mg/g。结论:采用响应面法预测垫状卷柏醇提工艺的模型准确有效,可以较好的优选出垫状卷柏中穗花杉双黄酮的最佳提取工艺。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the optimum conditions for the ethanol extraction of biflavonoids from Cervus nippon Franch. Methods: Taking the amount of biflavonoids in Fraxinus mandshurica as research index, single factor experiments were conducted from four aspects of ethanol concentration, extraction time, extraction times and alcohol times. The optimum conditions were selected to design the response surface Test to determine the best extraction conditions. Results: The concentration of ethanol was 70.6%, the extraction time was 60 min, the number of extraction was 3 times, the amount of alcohol was 12 times, and the amount of biflavonoids was 18.97 mg / g. CONCLUSION: The response surface methodology predicts the accurate and effective model for the extraction of alcohol from Sycopsis fasciatus, and the optimum extraction process for the bioflavonoids from Amaranthus.
