本文根据JDK-10工业控制机的试验结果,对一种偏差——变增益调节算法作了探讨认为该算法不仅适用于特定对象的适应调节,液面均匀调节,而且对于一般一阶、二阶对象给定值干扰的响应质量优于常规PI调节。并对工程整定方法提出初步建议。
According to the test results of JDK-10 industrial control machine, a deviation-variable gain adjustment algorithm is discussed in this paper. The algorithm is not only suitable for the adaptive adjustment of specific objects but also for the uniform liquid level adjustment. For the general first order, second order The response of the target setpoint disturbance is better than the conventional PI regulation. And put forward some preliminary suggestions to the project setting method.
