在现今求职的人群中,有三类最主要的也是很有特色的群体。由于他们不同的背景和所面对的问题,其职业选择和相应的咨询指导也就有所不同。这三类群体分别是: 1.应届毕业生。这类择业者即将跨出校门,对自己的目标和方向还不是很明确;对社会充满好奇,却不十分了解如何涉足。 2.参加工作1~2年的年轻人。这类择业者离开学校不久,通过一段时间的工作对职业进行了初步探索后,产生了新的需求,激发起更换工作甚至更换职业的想法。 3.工作年限较长的从业人员。这类择业者已具备丰富的职场经验,然而随着年龄的增长,加上在工作技能上也越来越不具备特殊的优势产生了职业危机感,并开始厌倦目前所从事的工作,希望换工作,但又患得患失。
