平菇菌株——火炬8号,是由武汉市洪山区火炬食用菌种厂课题组刘宣付、湖北当阳菌种厂科研室胡文华、上海农科院副研究员赵庆华等人于1988年将采集的野生平菇进行组织分离,分别经耐高温和耐低温驯化选育后,又用驯化选育的耐高温型和耐低温型平菇菌株亲本单孢分离杂交选育而成。经酶谱分析和生物学特性测试,其遗传性能稳定,是一株新平菇菌株。
Pleurotus ostreatus strain - Torch 8, was donated by Liu Xuanfu, a subject group of Torch Edible Fungus Plant in Hongshan District, Wuhan City; Hu Wenhua, a research department of Dangyang Species Plant in Hubei Province; Zhao Qinghua, an associate researcher at Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences and others, Pleurotus ostreatus tissue separation, respectively, after high temperature and low temperature domestication breeding, but also with domestication and breeding of high temperature-resistant and low-temperature-resistant strains of Pleurotus ostreatus isolated from the parental hybrid selection. It is a strain of new Pleurotus ostreatus which has stable genetic performance through enzymatic analysis and biological characterization.
