农村文化是一种契合于农耕社会的生活方式为农民的实践和乡村秩序提供愈义体系和价值范,因此,它拥有自为的存在价值和内在的运行机制.。农村文化建设工作的有效开展是全面推进小康社会的建设的内在要求,也是科学发展观在农村的有效落实的重要途径。本文就农村文化建设的意义和策略进行了初步探讨,旨在交流。
Rural culture is a way of life that is in line with the farming society and provides a system and value for the peasants’ practice and the rural order. Therefore, it has its own existence value and inherent operating mechanism. The effective implementation of rural cultural construction is an inherent requirement for comprehensively promoting the building of a well-off society and an important way for the effective implementation of the scientific concept of development in rural areas. This article has carried on preliminary discussion to the significance and tactics of the rural culture construction, aims at the exchange.
