目的探讨鼻内镜下行下鼻甲骨折内移术结合双极电凝治疗下鼻道出血的效果。方法应用鼻内镜进行检查,寻找出血部位,确定为下鼻道出血,行下鼻甲骨折内移术结合双极电凝止血。结果 25例患者均止血效果满意,随访6个月同侧鼻腔未有再次出血、渗血。结论经鼻内镜下下鼻甲骨折内移术结合双极电凝治疗下鼻道出血视野清晰、准确定位、组织损伤小、痛苦轻,是一种疗效可靠的止血方法 。
Objective To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopic inferior turbinate fracture internal fixation combined with bipolar coagulation in the treatment of nasal bleeding. Methods Endoscopic examination was performed to find the bleeding site, identified as bleeding in the lower nasal cavity, the line of the inferior turbinate fracture internal fixation combined with bipolar coagulation hemostasis. Results 25 patients were satisfied with the results of hemostasis, followed up for 6 months ipsilateral nasal cavity without rebleeding, bleeding. Conclusion Nasal endoscopic inferior turbinate fracture internal fixation combined with bipolar electrocoagulation treatment of nasal clear hemorrhage visual field, accurate positioning, tissue damage, pain, is a reliable method of hemostasis.
