目的:探讨自拟“枝莲蛇舌汤”对肺癌的治疗作用。方法:选取58例已确诊肺癌患者,按中医辨证分为肺阴虚证,气虚血瘀证,痰热蕴肺证,肺脾气虚证,以“枝莲蛇舌汤”为主方治疗,每日1剂,6个月为1个疗程。治疗前后人体功能状态评分(Karnofsky’s)进行评分。结果:临床治愈7例,占12%;显效16例,占28%;有效31例,占53%;无效4例,占7%。结论:“枝莲蛇舌汤”治疗肺癌能控制病情,改善症状,减轻病痛,提高生存质量,延长生命,治疗效果满意。
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of self-made “bianlian snake tongue decoction” on lung cancer. Methods: 58 patients with lung cancer diagnosed were selected and divided into the syndrome of lung yin deficiency, Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm heat accumulation lung syndrome, lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome according to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, and treatment with Zhilian snake tongue decoction. One daily, 6 months for a course of treatment. Karnofsky’s scores were scored before and after treatment. Results: 7 cases were clinically cured, accounting for 12%; 16 cases were effective, accounting for 28%; 31 cases were effective, accounting for 53%; 4 cases were invalid, accounting for 7%. Conclusion: The treatment of lung cancer with Zhilian snake tongue decoction can control the disease condition, improve the symptoms, relieve the pain, improve the quality of life, and prolong life. The treatment effect is satisfactory.
