本刊1991年第8期刊登了胡槿初同志对《铁路混凝土及砌石工程施工规范》(TBJ210—86)第2.10.5条的修改建议;将规范规定的“厚度不应小于20cm,并不应小于长度的1/3;宽度不应小于厚度;长度不得小于厚度的1.5倍”的规定,改为“厚度不应小于20cm;宽度不应小于厚度;长度不应小于厚度的2.5倍”。其理由是规范条文既费解又矛盾。本文提出3点异议与胡槿初同志商榷。 1.原规范条文是明确的,见附图图解。 2.对厚度只有定值限制,取消了规范
