混凝土工程施工时,表面往往发生损伤,这就必须采取有效措施予以修补。为了与混凝土表面的颜色一致,拌合物的水泥必须与原来浇筑混凝土时使用的品种和标号相同,而且还需要在拌合物内加进白水泥,以与原来混凝土的颜色相匹配。每次拌合量以3kg 为宜。水泥的重量为砂浆配料总重量的32％时、需水泥0.96kg,砂子2.04kg。可用三种配比作试验。配料中白水泥的重量分别为水泥总重量的10％、30％和50％。现将三种配料的配比列表如下:
