由于新疆地处干旱半干旱地区,特殊的自然环境造成河流年内水量分配极为不均,河流含沙量较大,使得水库在各业用水与防洪、冲沙之间的矛盾突出。本文通过新疆克孜河上卡拉贝利水库工程设计,针对解决各业用水与防洪、冲沙矛盾,结合作者在长期设计中的一些认识,提出了分期计算设计洪水,解决关于新疆水库在后汛期运行中保障冬灌和次年春灌用水的途径、措施和方法。
Due to the fact that Xinjiang is located in arid and semi-arid regions, due to the special natural environment, the water volume distribution in the river is extremely uneven and the sediment concentration in the river is large.
