(一)教育实习的意义及其重要性实习是教学工作中的一部分,是整个教学过程中的有机环节之一,是根据“理论对於实践的依赖关系,理论的基础是实践,转过来又为实践服务”(毛泽东:“实践论”)这一个辩证唯物论的认识论的科学原则而来的。由於学校的方针、任务和性质的不同,实习的性质、目的以及进行的方式和方法也就随之而异。例如:中等工业技术学校一定要进行生产实习,财经、农、医等学校一般地一定要进行专业实习,但无论如何,为了达到理论与实践的统一,须要实习这一点,则是一致的。
