针对当前杭州市区十二所中职语文课堂教学出现的学生普遍“失语”、学生参与课堂兴趣不高等一系列现象进行了深入的分析和缘由探究,主要以“学生发言主动性”为抓手和突破口,采取杭州市区中职学校学生问卷调查的第一手数据采集方式,依据对话教学的理论指导,从思想认识、激发动机、创新课堂、多种举措等角度来探究实施激发中职学生课堂发言主动性的新策略。
