水环境生态补偿是目前世界上许多国家对水环境进行有效保护的手段之一。从三峡库区水环境生态补偿的立法原则和法律架构两方面对三峡库区水环境生态补偿立法进行了分析。
Ecological compensation of water environment is one of the means of effective protection of water environment in many countries in the world at present. The legislation of water environment ecological compensation in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area is analyzed from the legislative principle and legal framework of ecological environment compensation in Three Gorges Reservoir Area.
