濮城油田经过近 2 0年的开发 ,目前已进入高含水递减期 ,综合含水已达 92 %。在 PI决策技术效果逐年变差的情况下 ,研究并发展了油井分层堵水技术。该技术包括井温找水技术、封隔器找水技术和分层抽汲技术 ;使用的堵剂主要有油井水泥、DSZ- A堵剂和 STP- 0 1堵剂。分层化堵技术根据堵水类型选择两种技术 :对堵上采下的油井 ,采用打悬空水泥塞、电缆桥塞、机械桥塞、填砂等措施 ;堵中间采上下的井 ,主要采用下部填砂、上部用封隔器分开 ,化堵中间层位和用 98- 1型跨式分层挤注管柱。通过在濮城油田的应用 ,说明该技术科学合理、可操作性强 ,值得全面推广。

Under the circumstance that the technical effect of PI decision-making becomes worse year by year, the stratified water plugging technology of oil well is researched and developed. The technology includes well temperature water finding technology, packer water finding technology and stratified pumping technology. The main plugging agents used are oil well cement, DSZ-A plugging agent and STP-0 1 plugging agent. Stratified plugging technology Two types of plugging technology are selected according to the type of water plugging: measures such as suspending cement plugs, cable bridge plugs, mechanical bridge plugs, sand filling and so on; The lower part is filled with sand, the upper part is separated by a packer, the middle part of the blockage is blocked, and the type 98- 1 stratified layering is used to squeeze the column. Through the application in Pucheng Oilfield, it shows that the technology is scientific and reasonable, and it is feasible and worth promoting.
