应用花药培养单倍体育种,是快速培育新品种的有效途径之一。而花培育种的成败关键,是选配好接种组合材料和提高接种材料花培绿苗的诱导率.近几年,我们从培养基筛选、接种材料的低温预处理、亲本材料及组合培养力筛选,不同材料对培养基的适应性等方面进行研究,使花粉绿苗诱导率逐年都有新的提高.到1984年花粉愈伤组织已由1975年的1.48%提高到6.33%,绿苗诱导率由0.15%提高到2.55%,有的材料最高达40%以上。现将提高绿苗诱导率的有关问题总结报道如下。
