2012年1月13日,是毛泽东同志从保安移驻延安75周年纪念日。这个日子,也是中共中央进驻延安的纪念日。从75年前的这天起,到65年前的1947年3月18日撤离延安开始转战陕北,中共中央和毛泽东同志在延安度过了10个春秋,在陕北地区一共是13年,史称党的延安时期。在这段火红的岁月里,中国共产党人孕育了永放光芒的延安精神。本刊本期摘发贺清华同志的长篇回忆录《跟随毛主席在陕北》中“毛主席进驻延安”一节,表达我们对75年前中共中央和毛泽东同志进驻延安这一中共党史的重大史实的追怀与纪念之意。贺清华同志当时是毛泽东同志的贴身警卫员。《毛泽东和他的的卫士们》第四篇“陕北的见证人”引言是这样说的:“给毛主席和中央机关干了大半辈子警卫工作的贺清华,最后的职务并不高,但他的知名度却很高。因他太知情了!毛主席在陕北十几年,贺清华基本都在主席身边。要说毛主席在陕北的事,没有不想问问贺清华的,怪不得一些专家、作家、电视制作部门都找他当顾问……”
