介绍乌拉山电厂WGZ410/100-12型锅炉采用分级燃烧技术降低NOX排放的技术改造方案,并通过性能考核试验和燃烧调整试验结果,分析了燃尽风份额、二次风沿炉膛断面分布、锅炉负荷、三次风投停等因素对炉内NOX生成量的影响。
This paper introduces the technological transformation scheme of WGZ410 / 100-12 boiler adopting Hierarchical combustion technology to reduce NOx emission in Wulashan Power Plant. Through the performance test and the combustion adjustment test results, the influence of the proportion of burnt-out wind, the distribution of secondary air along the hearth, Load, three times the wind stop casting and other factors on the amount of NOX generated in the furnace.
