近几十年来,危机干预在西方发达国家的发展非常快,已经从一些 志愿人员的非专业、准专业服务发展成为一种专门的心理治疗技术和一门正式的职业,从针对个体进行干预和治疗发展到在整个社会系统背景下的危机预防和危机处理。危机干预工作者不仅帮助个体应对当前的危机、提高其应对困难处境的能力,而且参与社区,甚至参与政府对社会性危机的处理、控制和预防工作。虽然,近 20年来,我国的心理咨询和治疗工作有了很大的发展,但是危机干预还是近两三年才被人们关注的事情。
In recent decades, crisis intervention has developed very rapidly in western developed countries. It has evolved from non-professional and quasi-professional services of some volunteers into a specialized psychotherapy technology and a formal career. From interventions aimed at individuals and Treatment has evolved into crisis prevention and crisis management in the context of the entire social system. Crisis intervention workers not only help individuals cope with the current crisis, improve their ability to cope with difficult situations, but also participate in the community and even participate in the government’s handling, control and prevention of social crises. Although there has been a great development in our country’s psychological counseling and treatment in the past two decades, crisis intervention has only been the focus of attention in recent two or three years.
