国家计委对我国今明两年对外贸易提出了新的总体规划。总的指导思想是:我国的外贸必须与国内生产建设情况,产业结构和市场安排紧密衔接,要对国外产业结构调整和国际市场的变化随时做出灵活反应。
The State Development Planning Commission has proposed a new master plan for China’s foreign trade this year and next year. The general guiding principle is: China’s foreign trade must closely link up with the situation of domestic production and construction, industrial structure and market arrangement, and make flexible responses at any time to the adjustment of foreign industrial structure and changes in the international market.
